Terms of Use

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR BITE

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Bite ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Bite mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Bite grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. RESTRICTIONS

  • Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, sublicense, lease, or commercially exploit any part of the App.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  • Use the App in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, or negatively affect its functionality or security.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

3. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data. By using the App, you agree to our data practices.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING

Subscription Plans:

  • Monthly: $9.99/month – Full premium access. No free trial included.
  • Annual: $34.99/year – Full premium access with a 3-day free trial.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings.

5. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

The App does not provide medical or health advice. All calorie and dietary recommendations are for informational purposes only. Consult a physician before making changes to your diet.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the App's minimum system requirements and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights in the App belong to Bite. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Bite is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement.

10. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLE APP STORE TERMS

This Agreement is between you and Bite, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for any maintenance, support, warranty, or legal claims related to the App.

11. UPDATES AND CHANGES

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered.
